Senior Tech Recruiter

About the role

Higgsfield AI is scaling rapidly as a leader in generative AI, and needs a Senior Tech Recruiter to own its most critical technical searches. You will partner with engineering, ML, data, infrastructure, and security leaders to attract senior talent that can drive the frontier of AI-powered video creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for senior and hard‑to‑fill technical roles across Backend, Frontend, ML, Research, MLOps, Data, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Build talent maps and proactively source passive senior candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and AI sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, seniority, motivation, and product impact.
• Lead offer conversations, close senior candidates, and advise hiring teams on market conditions and compensation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including senior and leadership‑level hires.
• Proven track record hiring senior Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Researchers, or Data professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive senior candidates and closing competitive offers.
