Lead People Partner – Technology, Product & IT

About the role

We are seeking a Lead People Partner to drive the people agenda for our Technology, Product and IT divisions. The role will serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the CTO, CPO and CIO and lead a small team of People Partners embedded across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior HR business partner to the CTO, CPO and CIO, translating business strategy into workforce, organization and talent priorities.
• Lead organization design initiatives, shaping structures, spans, role clarity and team effectiveness across technology, product and IT.
• Own strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting and capacity analysis, partnering with finance and talent acquisition.
• Drive senior talent management, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
• Use people data to identify organizational risks, bottlenecks and opportunities, and advise senior leaders on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner in a technology‑focused, high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record partnering directly with C‑level executives and senior leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of technology and product organizations, including engineering, product management and shared services.
• Expertise in organization design, strategic workforce planning and talent management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use workforce data to influence decisions.
