About the role
Join PMI’s transformation journey as the Manager Workplace Experience, overseeing office environments across Kazakhstan. You will drive improvements in employee experience while managing day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Workplace Experience across PMI offices in Kazakhstan.
- Manage office operations, workplace projects, budgets and vendors.
- Oversee travel, relocation and administrative services.
- Continuously improve employee experience and workplace standards.
Required profile
- Experience in workplace, facilities, administration, procurement, finance or project management.
- Experience managing projects, budgets and service providers.
- Fluent English is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
