Territory Sales Manager East

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager for its Eastern region, covering Ust‑Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar and Semey. The role will drive the implementation of the company’s growth strategy, build strong distributor relationships and lead a sales team to achieve both short‑term and long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Ferrero’s strategy across Ust‑Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar and Semey.
• Coordinate short‑term and long‑term sales objectives.
• Identify and activate new sales opportunities and channels.
• Motivate and coordinate the regional sales team.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to manage inventory levels and service quality.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects within the company.

Required profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong training and coaching abilities.
• Capability to allocate tasks and resources across regions.
• People‑management experience.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
