Sales Engineer – Respiratory Protection for Mining (Kazakhstan)

About the role

DEZEGA, a global leader in mine rescue and respiratory protective equipment, is seeking a Sales Engineer to expand its product line across Kazakhstan and Central Asia. You will act as the primary contact for mining companies, rescue services, and industrial safety organisations, driving sales and supporting the regional dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow sales to mining companies, mine rescue services, and industrial safety organisations throughout the region.
• Develop, support, and expand a dealer network in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and field acceptance testing at customer sites.
• Prepare technical‑commercial proposals in collaboration with the head office.
• Represent DEZEGA at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate delivery logistics across the region.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record of industrial equipment in Kazakhstan or Central Asia, with verifiable deals and client references.
• Practical experience in underground mining, mine rescue, or sales/service of respiratory protective equipment.
• Familiarity with Kazakhstan’s industrial and mining safety regulations.
• Fluent in Kazakh; English language skills are a plus.
• Highly proactive, persistent, organized, and capable of self‑management.

Required skills

• Experience with respiratory protective equipment (self‑rescuers, respirators).
• Strong B2B sales expertise for industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan mining safety requirements.
• CRM usage (any system, training provided).
