Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities in construction, infrastructure and related sectors, building strategic relationships and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for Central Asia.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, commercial and government projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, including proposal preparation and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in regional roles.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Experience handling large‑scale projects, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
