Business Line Manager – Rock Drilling Tools, Central Asia

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a dynamic Business Line Manager for Rock Drilling Tools (RGD) in Central Asia. The role is responsible for building a strong market proposition, driving sales growth, and delivering superior customer value across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing product and business development team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Own RGD business performance, ensuring sustainable sales growth, profitability, market‑share expansion and ROI.
• Manage inventory and working‑capital performance, optimizing stock availability, forecast accuracy and supply‑chain efficiency.
• Develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with Epiroc’s growth ambitions.
• Partner with customers to improve drilling productivity, safety and cost efficiency through innovative consumable solutions.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of progressive experience in mining, construction, drilling consumables or related aftermarket sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in sales, product management or business development teams.
• Deep understanding of mining customer operations, drilling applications and consumable business models.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive profitability, pricing excellence and inventory performance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Rock Drilling Tools and Ground Support products and applications.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, supply‑chain processes and demand forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers and pricing management.
• Experience with value‑based selling and cost‑per‑meter business models.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are highly desirable.
