Senior Credit Risk Analyst

About the role

inDrive Money is looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to design, implement and optimise credit risk policies and scoring models. You will work on a fast‑growing lending platform that serves under‑banked customers across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop predictive scoring models for credit decisions using internal and external data.
• Design and optimise limit and rate policies.
• Deploy models into online scoring systems.
• Evaluate product profitability and build NPV models.
• Analyse the loan portfolio and translate raw data into actionable business processes.
• Collaborate with business units, data warehouses, developers and product analysts.
• Handle reporting requirements and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of machine learning and data analytics.
• Experience in lending to SMEs or individuals.
• Ability to dive deep into business processes, data and cause‑and‑effect relationships.
• Passion for mathematics and measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
