Tax & Accounting Process Automation Lead

About the role

The Tax & Accounting Process Automation Lead will drive digital transformation of accounting and tax business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers and QA teams to design, build and roll‑out automated solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze accounting and tax processes to identify automation opportunities and define digital transformation road‑maps.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements, preparing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done and test cases.
• Design business processes using BPMN notation and collaborate with developers, QA engineers and business users throughout design, development, testing and deployment.
• Support ERP‑based solutions such as 1C, SAP, Oracle E‑Business Suite and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Implement automation technologies including RPA, OCR, AI, Agentic AI, BPM, and Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms.
• Integrate digital solutions with cloud services like Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor solution performance, recommend improvements and ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Provide user support, conduct training sessions and create functional documentation for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Understanding of accounting and tax outsourcing services and tax compliance processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (1C, SAP, Oracle E‑Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with OCR, Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Management and Low‑Code/No‑Code development concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with BPMN notation and Microsoft Office applications.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, Definition of Done and test cases.
• Ability to collaborate with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
