Operational Auditor – Retail

About the role

The Operational Auditor will ensure the quality, transparency, and compliance of our retail, warehouse, service, and e‑commerce operations. You will work closely with operational teams to identify risks, detect procedural deviations, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce losses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform online and offline audits of retail outlets, covering cash handling, discounts, manual processes, and loyalty programmes.
• Audit inventory management, warehouse balances, goods re‑sorting, and movement documentation.
• Verify e‑commerce order processing, cancellations, returns, and logistics compliance.
• Check warranty cases, compensation, repair quality and associated costs.
• Identify procedural violations, potential fraud, and propose mitigation measures.
• Conduct random employee performance checks and monitor key operational risks.
• Prepare audit reports within agreed timelines and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in operational auditing, internal control, retail or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and persistence in investigations.
• Good communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher is a plus.

• Proficiency with 1C software.
