CFO Central Asia & Caucasus

About the role

The company seeks a senior finance leader to oversee financial planning, reporting and strategy for its Central Asia and Caucasus region. This executive will drive financial performance, ensure compliance and support business growth across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business planning, financial reporting processes and forecasts.
• Manage execution of regional and cluster strategies and develop long‑term financial and business plans.
• Monitor financial and business performance against objectives and implement corrective actions.
• Engage in external and commercial activities to drive growth, productivity and efficiency.
• Provide high‑quality financial analysis, technical support and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Implement risk management, financial compliance and control processes, ensuring timely adherence to policies.
• Define and track service level agreements, integrating services across multiple countries.
• Maintain strong accounting expertise, including experience with Financial Reporting & Analysis (FRA) teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a CFO or equivalent senior finance role.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven financial business partnering and compliance experience.
• Ability to produce high‑quality financial and management reporting.
• Effective communication of complex financial scenarios.
• High integrity and experience in team development and talent management.
