Business Development Specialist - Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Expansion team at indrive. You will own the end‑to‑end process of launching indrive services in new cities, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and launch indrive operations in new cities, preparing performance reports and market analyses.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including marketing, driver operations and product to ensure successful city roll‑outs.
• Design and execute initiatives to attract and engage new users, monitoring key metrics and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate on product experiments, testing hypotheses and evaluating results across product, marketing and operations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and contribute to strategic planning for expansion.
• Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements to drive growth.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in ride‑hailing, B2B/B2C delivery or e‑commerce marketplaces in a data‑driven role.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and data‑based problem solving.
• Experience designing product experiments and analyzing outcomes.
• Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts.
• Ability to generate and test hypotheses through MVP solutions.
• Willingness to travel for business and upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business or Mathematics.
