Sales Development Representative (SDR) Sales Operations - Kazakhstan

About the role

We are opening an SDR / Sales Operations position supporting the entire commercial team — a hybrid role at the intersection of sales operations support and active lead management. This is an entry point into the company's commercial structure, with a clear growth track toward Account Executive / Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads across all countries where the company operates.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls to accelerate the pipeline.
• Manage CRM data, track deal statuses, and maintain pipelines for multiple BDMs/sales reps across different countries.
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Coordinate meetings and materials for negotiations and report on activity and sales pipeline across all markets.
• Support cross‑department coordination with technical, finance and logistics teams, serving as a single point of support for multiple BDMs/Sales Managers.
• Communicate with clients during the onboarding stage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, client service, or sales operations.
• Confident command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
