Product Manager – Alternative Offering (Midlife)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level Product Manager to lead the development and promotion of alternative solutions, spare parts, and services for both Epiroc and third‑party equipment. The role bridges customers, sales teams, and internal functions to create value‑driven offerings that support growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market gaps, customer needs and trends to design alternative product and service portfolios.
• Visit customer sites, gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements and tailored solutions.
• Develop pricing strategies, sales tools, technical documentation and marketing materials; support sales teams with presentations and business cases.
• Monitor product performance, report quality issues and work with cross‑functional teams to drive process and quality improvements.
• Manage inventory levels, plan and execute campaigns to boost product awareness and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in product management, business development or technical sales.
• Knowledge of mining, construction, industrial equipment, spare parts or service solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with commercial drive.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
