Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to monitor and ensure the quality of finished products during production at SIKA Central Aisha. The role involves operating quality control equipment, conducting measurements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Operate and maintain quality control equipment, performing accurate measurements and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and testing methods.
• Analyze quality data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed quality control documentation and electronic logs.
• Participate in investigations of product returns and quality deterioration.
• Verify testing conditions (temperature, humidity) and take corrective measures when needed.
• Follow safety, occupational health, and fire safety regulations.
• Check expired materials for suitability and report findings.
• Maintain electronic technical files in SharePoint and AFON according to department rules.

Required profile

• Experienced PC user.
• Intermediate level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Experience using AFON database system.
