About the role

We are looking for an inbound Call‑Center Operator to join our support team serving iGaming, Fintech and IT clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on handling incoming calls from users of betting platforms, providing product information, and promoting additional services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process inbound calls from betting platform users.
• Provide guidance on products, services and current promotions.
• Execute cross‑sell opportunities using predefined scripts and algorithms.
• Identify optimal solutions for customers while maintaining high politeness and attention.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues.
• Accurately record interactions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to internal standards, schedules and work discipline.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and participate in trainings and meetings.

Required profile

• Own a remote‑work setup with MacOS or Windows 10/11 (x64) and at least 8 GB RAM.
• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of handling objections.
• Motivated to develop a career in sales and increase earnings.
• Previous experience in client service, phone sales, call‑center or chat support is a plus.
• Personal qualities: communicative, empathetic, quick problem‑solver, disciplined.
