Outbound Calling Officer

About the role

The Outbound Calling Officer will proactively contact property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants to turn conversations into qualified opportunities. This high‑volume role focuses on disciplined prospecting, accurate CRM documentation and timely follow‑up while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound call attempts per working day using the company‑approved dialer, CRM and lead lists.
• Qualify leads by asking structured discovery questions, capture key property and transaction details, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate representative.
• Document 100% of call attempts, dispositions and notes in the CRM immediately after each interaction.
• Follow company compliance policies, consent requirements and do‑not‑contact procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma, intermediate qualification, bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Neutral US accent with confident, professional phone communication.
• Experience in real‑estate, property acquisition, brokerage or mortgage lead generation is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialer software.
• Strong ability to work with spreadsheet tools.
