Customer Service Representative

About the role

Touch Support is a US‑based strategic partner for technology firms, expanding its Customer Service team. This fully remote position is open to candidates from Kazakhstan and offers entry‑level training and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone quickly and effectively.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Help customers with technical and billing‑related questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by communicating unique issues and challenges.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a personal, outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Passion for helping people and a strong interest in an IT career.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to learn at a fast pace.
• Willingness to work in stable quarterly shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
