German Speaking Customer Support Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Operator to join our dynamic team in Kazakhstan. You will be the front‑line representative of AUTODOC, providing high‑quality assistance to our German‑language customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in German via phone, email and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Diagnose issues, propose swift solutions and document interactions in our support system.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, clearly outlining context and details.
• Conduct follow‑up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
• Maintain friendly and empathetic communication while handling several requests simultaneously.
• Meet targets for response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.
• Share best practices with teammates and provide constructive feedback.
• Supply management with analytical insights on recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent German (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer support or service roles.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, calm under pressure and professional demeanor.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT systems and CRM tools.
