Second Training Facilitator – National Consultancy

About the role

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking a Second Training Facilitator to join a national consultancy team in Kazakhstan. Working closely with the UNFPA Programme Analyst on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and the Kazakhstan Association on Sexual and Reproductive Health (KMPA), you will co‑develop and co‑facilitate a comprehensive four‑day training program aimed at strengthening family planning service organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Training Facilitator to design a curriculum that integrates the latest global updates on modern contraceptive methods.
• Co‑facilitate specialized sessions on evidence‑based long‑acting reversible contraception (LARC), clinical decision‑making, and counseling techniques for diverse patient groups.
• Support strategic planning for regional family planning service organization.
• Ensure training materials reflect UNFPA’s strategic outcomes and evidence‑based practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sexual and reproductive health training or consultancy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with international agencies and local partners.
