Lead Training Facilitator – National Consultancy

About the role

The United Nations Population Fund seeks an experienced Lead Training Facilitator to design and deliver a comprehensive four‑day training program on family planning services. This national consultancy will strengthen both national and regional capacities by integrating the latest global updates on modern contraceptive methods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, co‑facilitate and evaluate a 4‑day training agenda covering family planning management, modern contraceptive mix and LARC application skills.
• Create interactive training materials such as presentations, clinical case studies and practical exercises.
• Design pre‑ and post‑training assessment tools to measure participants’ knowledge gain.
• Lead specialized sessions on evidence‑based LARC, clinical decision‑making and counseling techniques for diverse patient groups.
• Support strategic organization of family planning services at the regional level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in family planning or reproductive health.
• Strong knowledge of modern contraceptive methods, especially long‑acting reversible contraception (LARC).
• Ability to work collaboratively with national and regional health stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
