Clinical Site Coordinator - Part Time

About the role

Milestone One, a Site Enabling Services organization with headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, is hiring a part-time Clinical Site Coordinator in Shymkent. The role supports a clinical study site in clinical trial-related activities according to ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, study-specific timelines and enrollment goals. It acts as the main link between the sponsor or CRO and the site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely responses to feasibility questions and act as the main point of contact between the sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing monitoring visits, and be available to respond to monitors during them.
• Track patient enrollment and help the site meet project timelines and enrollment goals.
• Maintain study-specific and general document tracking at site level, and enter data accurately and on time into study-specific EDC systems, resolving data queries promptly.
• Report and follow up on reportable adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Handle, account for and reconcile investigational products and clinical supplies, and collect and maintain site-specific regulatory documents.
• Support contract and budget negotiations, investigator and site payments, and schedule or perform study procedures as delegated.
• Prepare for and take part in onsite study audits or regulatory agency inspections.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, preferably in pharmacy, nursing or laboratory analytics.
• At least 2 years of on-the-job experience as a site coordinator.
• Fluent English and Kazakh.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on study procedures and patient visits.
