About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Ophthalmology will be embedded in the local healthcare ecosystem in Astana, acting as the primary liaison between Roche and all stakeholders involved in the patient journey. This role is customer‑facing, focused on unlocking value for patients and the community without traditional sales or profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact between Roche and healthcare partners, prioritising resources and driving rapid solutions.
• Collaborate with other patient‑journey partners to remove barriers and create value for patients.
• Guide Roche’s ophthalmology products through their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate and balanced communication with healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate positive experiences whenever ecosystem partners engage with Roche employees, products, and services.
