Retail Vertical Customer Success Executive

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a Retail Vertical Customer Success Executive in Almaty. You will act as the face of the company and its digital solutions, driving customer ROI, value creation and business growth through strategic insights and analytics. You will build strong client partnerships, support onboarding, deliver recommendations using NIQ tools and data, and lead client relationships and service models.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship owner within Customer Success and lead regular Business Reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities
• Educate customers on features and functionalities suited to their business needs, and deliver presentations with actionable recommendations
• Help improve renewal rates by showing clear business outcomes and value, and generate sales leads
• Build and maintain client relationships, including engagement at C-suite level
• Coordinate internal departments to meet client deadlines, collect feedback for product and operations teams, and collaborate across business units
• Execute service models and Thought Leadership Projects, and lead client briefings and onboarding

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related fields such as insights, category management and market research
• Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) analytics solutions
• Bachelor's degree required; Honours degree is a plus
• Kazakh, Russian and English at upper-intermediate level
• Experience coaching others in data analysis and/or NIQ tools
