On Premise Key Account Specialist

About the role

Red Bull's On Premise channel is its main trial generator and sales driver, with over 1 billion cans sold annually. As On Premise Key Account Specialist in Almaty, you drive current and future distribution and sales of the product portfolio at the key accounts in your local market, building long-term relationships with top-tier customers and delivering business plan targets for sales and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Align with HQ on international strategy and identify the most relevant channels and customers, developing long-term visions for vertical and horizontal distribution and sales
• Work closely with local marketing on industry and consumer insights and annual business plans, including budgets, volumes and activation plans for each key account
• Maximize existing customer performance, acquire new customers and negotiate win-win partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as buyers, sales and marketing managers, controllers, logistics managers and CEOs
• Track, analyze and report performance, maintain the Key Account Tracker and share status with HQ twice a year
• Nurture relationships with distribution partners, industry players, influencers, F&B managers and store managers, and act as a brand ambassador
• Grow the volume of covered key accounts through new activations and lead the Kazakhstan delivery and online platform strategy, focusing on Glovo, Wolt, Yandex Eda and Chocofood apps and their dark stores

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience (beverage industry preferred)
• Previous key account management experience preferred
• Proven record in sales and trade marketing, and in leading and motivating field sales forces
• University degree in business, marketing or a similar field
• Local language plus fluent business English
