Junior Retail Vertical Customer Success Executive

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a Junior Retail Vertical Customer Success Executive in Almaty. You will act as the face of the company and its digital solutions, driving customer ROI, value creation and business growth through strategic insights and analytics. You will build strong partnerships with clients, support onboarding and deliver recommendations using NIQ tools and data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as relationship owner within Customer Success and lead regular Business Reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities
• Educate customers on features and functionalities suited to their business needs
• Deliver presentations and actionable recommendations, and help improve renewal rates by showing clear business outcomes
• Develop fact-based answers and analyses to complex business questions
• Build strong client relationships, including engagement at C-suite level, and identify and convert opportunities, including generating sales leads
• Coordinate internal departments to meet client deadlines and collect feedback from product and operations teams
• Execute service models and Thought Leadership Projects, and lead client briefings and onboarding

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related fields (insights, category management, market research)
• Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) analytics solutions
• Bachelor's degree required; Honours degree is a plus
• Russian and English at upper-intermediate level

• Strong analytical mind and numerical skills
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience handling presentations, and coaching others in data analysis and NIQ tools
• Consultative client skills, data visualization and effective communication
