About the role

Hilti is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive the sales of construction electrical equipment across an assigned territory. You will act as a technical and commercial advisor to clients, ensuring successful project implementation and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for construction electrical equipment through direct, active selling.
• Consult customers on technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Demonstrate equipment, provide training on its application, and support post‑sale service.
• Manage payment, delivery, and service processes.
• Negotiate with clients at various management and production levels.
• Identify and acquire new customers.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Minimum 2 years of successful direct equipment sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Experience working with construction or industrial sites is a plus.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for data collection, analysis, and planning.
• Confident user of MS Office, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Valid category B driving licence and driving experience.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English is an advantage.
