Partner Manager B2B

About the role

As a Partner Manager you will be the key link between Canon and its B2B partners, promoting the Digital Printing and Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering complex solutions to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to expert for Canon’s Digital Printing, Scanning & Workflow Solutions, helping distributors increase Canon’s share and unlock new revenue streams.
• Identify, onboard and develop high‑potential partners to expand Canon’s B2B presence.
• Develop tailored business plans, marketing campaigns and deliver product demos, hands‑on training and sales enablement programs.
• Track distribution health – sales performance, Canon share, pipeline quality, inventory turnover and promotion effectiveness – and recommend actions.
• Analyze competitor moves and market trends to provide strategic insights.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, manage partner pipelines in Salesforce and ensure timely reporting.
• Engage directly with end‑customers to generate opportunities and accelerate demand for Canon solutions.
• Participate in demand‑generation initiatives such as events, workshops and account‑based activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B partner, channel or distribution management.
• Track record in hardware and software solution sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical skills in sales, pipeline, inventory and turnover analysis.
• Fluent in Business English and Russian, with a driving licence and willingness to travel.
