Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager leads a team of field service engineers and works closely with Account Managers and the Sales Director to develop, implement and manage operational and service processes across the Caspian region, ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and indirect channel partners in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to meet service needs, monitor solution effectiveness and maintain equipment.
• Develop the opportunities pipeline under the supervision of the Sales Director and present the value of products and services to customers.
• Perform site audits, provide technical and commercial proposals, analyse results and report corrective actions.
• Conduct training for operating personnel, participate in exhibitions and conferences, and handle customer inquiries regarding orders and support.
• Lead the service engineering team, organise quarterly performance meetings with top customers, plan critical site visits and support sustainability performance.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• At least five years of experience in analytical, organisational and project‑oriented roles within service or sales environments.
• Ability to travel across the Caspian region and abroad, with a valid driving licence.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
