Business and Finance Manager

Key responsibilities

• General Business Management – signing authority for contracts and official documents, overseeing preparation and maintenance of corporate regulations and documentation aligned to ISO standards, including policies, procedures, instructions and checklists; supporting student/university engagement programs and KPI development for local employees.
• Customer Management – ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements (Kazakhstan Content, HSE, IT Security, Anti‑Corruption), coordinating operational matters, handling requests, complaints and audit requirements, representing Qordata Kazakhstan in meetings, and traveling up to three days per quarter to customer sites.
• Accounts and Finance Management – managing local financial operations such as payroll, expense tracking and reporting, coordinating loan agreements and fund transfers, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, statutory filings, tax obligations and labour code, working with Qordata HQ finance for reconciliations and supporting potential sale/divestiture activities.
