General Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a senior leader to own and drive $100M+ strategic GPU and compute deals from sourcing to post‑deal execution. This role sits at the core of the company’s largest cost line and influences company‑wide decisions from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own GPU and compute economics, building and challenging cost models for strategic deals.
• Source, structure, negotiate and close large‑scale compute and infrastructure agreements, including capacity commitments and energy‑linked deals.
• Maintain post‑deal relationships, leading co‑marketing, case studies, and event participation.
• Develop and stress‑test P&L and FP&A models, own forecasting for the biggest cost line.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and co‑founders on development strategy and financial planning.

Required profile

• Background in top‑tier consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) or equivalent experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or strategic finance at a fast‑scaling company.
• Proven ability to build three‑statement models, FP&A forecasts and deal cases, and to identify errors in others’ work.
• At least 3 years of experience working in international markets, handling cross‑country deals or operations.
• Fluent in English and Russian, with willingness for heavy international travel.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of large strategic deal economics: capacity, offtake, TCO, capex vs opex, contract structures.
• Ability to become a domain expert on GPU and AI‑compute markets quickly.
