Senior Associate – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join a dynamic team of problem solvers to tackle complex finance transformation projects, from diagnostics to automation implementation. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to improve budgeting, reporting, and cost accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a core member of cross‑functional teams delivering finance transformation projects covering budgeting, cost accounting, management reporting and related policies.
• Perform diagnostics of clients’ finance functions and FP&A processes, identify gaps, and develop practical recommendations and target models.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for finance automation solutions (ERP/EPM/BI) and support implementation.
• Advise clients on finance‑related challenges, build trusted relationships with CFOs and finance leadership, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage, coach, and review junior team members, mentoring consultants within the FP&A team.
• Contribute to business development through market research, proposal preparation, and thought‑leadership material creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or IT from a leading university.
• Strong focus on personal and professional growth, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Client‑focused mindset and excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with finance technology transformation, budgeting, finance modelling, cost accounting or accounting advisory.
• Familiarity with ERP/EPM/BI solutions and emerging finance innovations such as RPA, AI, and BI tools.
