Territory Sales Manager – Taraz & Kyzylorda

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in the Taraz and Kyzylorda regions. You will be responsible for executing the company’s strategy, growing market share, and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Ferrero’s sales strategy across Taraz and Kyzylorda.
• Identify and activate new sales opportunities and distribution channels.
• Coordinate and motivate a regional sales team to achieve short‑term and long‑term targets.
• Work closely with the local distributor to monitor inventory levels and maintain service quality.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that support overall business objectives.
