Partner Account Manager – Service Sales

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for OIT and sales realization in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, including direct sales and building a longer‑term competitive advantage for Philips medical devices by promoting service solutions to key decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct partner sales activities and manage channel partner development for less complex, lower‑revenue partners, focusing on relationship nurturing and operational support.
• Develop and manage an efficient network of channel partners aligned with the go‑to‑market strategy, recruiting and nurturing partners to enhance market reach.
• Create and execute action plans to improve partners’ capabilities, set measurable goals, provide targeted training and resources, and drive operational impact and sales growth for services.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to establish lasting partnerships and strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop robust processes with formal reporting, KPI metrics, and strategic analyses to track progress, manage risks, and ensure budget and timeline adherence.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager in healthcare or IT.
• Experience in service sales is a strong plus.
• Ambitious personality with strong negotiation skills.
• Intermediate level of English.
