About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will lead the reception and guest services team at Medeu Park Hotel, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for every guest. This position acts as the primary link between guests and the hotel’s operations, driving service excellence and team motivation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑office staff including receptionists, bell‑hops, and concierges.
• Maintain five‑star service standards and monitor compliance.
• Handle non‑standard situations and guest complaints efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor new team members.
• Prepare shift documentation, reports, and oversee cash handling.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and front‑office procedures.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
• Leadership qualities, stress resilience, and strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficient use of OPERA PMS.
