Residence Door Attendant

About the role

The Residence Door Attendant greets and escorts owners, guests, and vendors at the Ritz‑Carlton residence. The role ensures smooth entry and exit, assists with luggage and vehicle movements, and maintains a clean and welcoming lobby environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, escort, and provide directions to residence owners, guests, and vendors.
• Assist with loading and unloading groceries, luggage, and packages from vehicles to units.
• Open doors, manage valet interactions, and coordinate delivery personnel to the loading dock.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and luggage carts.
• Communicate vehicle‑related issues to the Valet Lead and help resolve them.
• Follow company policies, report safety concerns, and maintain professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lb unaided (up to 75 lb with assistance).
• Capability to navigate stairs, uneven or slippery surfaces, and carry items overhead or below knee level.
• Professional demeanor, clean uniform, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
