調理スタッフとして、食材の準備から調理、盛り付け、キッチンの清掃まで幅広く担当します。安全・品質基準を遵守し、チームと協力して高品質な料理を提供します。
主な業務内容
- 食材の分量分け、みじん切り、保存、洗浄、皮むき、計量・混合
- レシピや品質基準に従った食品の調理・盛り付け、冷たい食品の準備
- オーブン、ストーブ、グリル、電子レンジ、フライヤーの操作と調理状態の確認
- キッチンエリア、道具、設備の洗浄・消毒、温度管理
- 安全・衛生ポリシーの遵守と事故・安全上の問題の報告

- 清潔でプロフェッショナルな身だしなみを保ち、チームと前向きに協働できる方
- 指示に従い、柔軟に業務を遂行できる方
必須スキル
- オーブンやフライヤーなど調理機器の操作スキル
- 食材の計量・分量管理スキル
