Sales Executive – Hospitality Business Development

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Sales Executive and drive new business across corporate, MICE, local and leisure segments. You will be the face of the property, creating memorable experiences that boost revenue and reinforce Hilton’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, meetings and presentations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and other departments to maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new revenue sources.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
