Reservations Agent – Kazakh & Russian Speaking

About the role

The Reservations Agent will handle all guest reservation inquiries for a luxury hotel, ensuring accurate bookings, clear communication, and adherence to brand standards. This position requires professional fluency in Kazakh and Russian to serve local and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and guarantee policies.
• Explain special rates, cancellation policies, and any applicable discounts.
• Enter reservation data accurately into the property’s reservation system, including special codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, and wholesale rates.
• Document and accommodate special guest requests and assist guests with disabilities.
• Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining brand standards.
• Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
• No prior reservation experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
