Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Housekeeping Manager and lead the daily operations that create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service while fostering a supportive environment for your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting and inventory control.
• Maintain high cleanliness and service standards across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and meeting spaces.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, training and recognition programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and chemical handling regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience managing housekeeping operations, budgets and inventory.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning chemicals.
