About the role

We are looking for a Chief Accountant to manage full accounting and tax reporting for two LLCs of Inova Tech and CyberLabs, leading the finance function and ensuring compliance with Kazakh legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete accounting and tax records for two companies.
• Process primary documents, bank operations, and settlements with partners.
• Calculate payroll, taxes and social contributions.
• Close monthly and yearly accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax returns (FNO 100.00, 101.02, 200.00, 300.00, 328.00).
• Handle electronic tax reporting (ESF, SNT, IS‑ESF) and taxpayer cabinet interactions.
• Manage transactions with non‑residents and foreign trade, including imports from EAEU countries.
• Conduct regular verification of accounting and tax compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior or lead accountant, independently managing company finances.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan tax legislation.
• Experience working with Astana Hub participants.
• Hands‑on experience with non‑resident and foreign‑trade accounting.
• Ability to prepare and file the listed tax reports.
• Attention to detail, autonomy and high responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 1C 8.3.
• Proficiency in 1C:ЗУП.
