F&B Promotions Manager

About the role

The F&B Promotions Manager drives guest traffic, engagement and revenue across all restaurants, bars and lounges of the Sheraton Astana Hotel. Reporting to the Director of Operations and the F&B Manager, the role works closely with the Marketing team and F&B leaders to design and launch effective promotional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and annual F&B promotional plans in partnership with F&B leaders and Marketing.
• Create and promote campaigns, special events, seasonal offers, business lunches, brunches, dinners and other revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Identify and act on opportunities to boost outlet traffic, average check, repeat visits and spend during low‑demand periods.
• Monitor promotion results, analyse revenue impact and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, local companies and community groups to generate new business.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects, partners and key customers.
• Collaborate with F&B Operations and Culinary teams to design attractive offers that meet market demand.
• Provide input for social media, digital campaigns, menus and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sales, marketing, promotions or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations and the local hospitality market.
• Proven ability to develop promotional initiatives that generate incremental revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Creative, proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Russian; Kazakh is an advantage.
