Business Development Manager – Kazakhstan

About the role

We are expanding our commercial team in Kazakhstan and need a proactive Business Development Manager to generate new customers and drive profitable sales growth across multiple industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new B2B customers in Kazakhstan.
• Develop business in Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing and related sectors.
• Generate RFQs, prepare commercial proposals and convert opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Promote a full range of logistics services, including multimodal transport, project cargo, oversized/heavy transport, customs brokerage and warehousing.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales, gross‑profit and new‑customer acquisition targets.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding or B2B business development.
• Strong understanding of the Kazakhstan logistics and transportation market.
• Existing network of potential customers in industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with willingness to travel.
