Sales Manager, CEE Export Markets East

About the role

As the Sales Manager for CEE Export Markets East, you will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth and ensure the sales team consistently meets and exceeds targets across mass market and pharmacy channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a sales roadmap and channel strategy for long‑term growth.
• Take full ownership of sales targets, forecasting accuracy, distribution metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, NRM and SFE teams to drive consumption growth.
• Manage external sales teams, partner relationships and strategic account programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG/FMCG‑Health management experience leading internal and external sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute commercial and channel strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced forecasting and data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English or able to achieve advanced proficiency within 3‑6 months.
• Willingness to travel within the designated country.
