Senior Manager – Private Clients

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the private‑client practice, delivering sophisticated tax and advisory solutions to high‑net‑worth individuals and families while driving business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners in generating new business opportunities, building long‑lasting client networks and growing the client base in the region through marketing and business development initiatives.
• Deliver technically complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high‑quality client service.
• Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with other service lines, geographies and diverse work groups to build advisory services, related opportunities and long‑term relationships.
• Create, lead, retain and motivate high‑performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture and coaching team members to aid their development.
• Efficiently manage engagement economics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, law, taxation or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, Masters, LLM) or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, ADIT) are advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience serving private‑client or high‑net‑worth individuals, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Extensive knowledge of the high‑net‑worth market, personal and international tax, corporate tax and related legal considerations.
• Strong leadership, client‑centric communication, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English and proficient computer skills; willingness to travel as needed.
