About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow Syngenta Seeds' online presence. The role involves ensuring the website runs smoothly, creating engaging content, and driving traffic through SEO and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the corporate website and digital platforms.
• Create and update website content, including texts, banners, news, and product pages.
• Monitor site performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
• Manage web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and produce monthly performance reports.
• Conduct basic SEO audits, track key SEO metrics, and implement optimization recommendations.
• Plan and execute content marketing across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram).
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms.
• Produce and adapt digital assets such as articles, case studies, landing pages, presentations, banners, and video scripts.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation and support marketing experiments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
