CRM Automation Manager

About the role

The CRM Automation Manager will design and optimise automated communication journeys across the entire customer lifecycle. Working with email, push, SMS and in‑app channels, you will create timely, relevant messages that drive conversion and retention. You will use A/B testing, analytics and behavioural data to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise automated communication flows across email, push, SMS and in‑app channels throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop onboarding, welcome and reactivation journeys, run A/B tests and analyse performance to improve conversion and retention.
• Produce dashboards, automate reporting and provide insights to drive growth hypotheses.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM or marketing automation, including trigger‑based lifecycle campaigns.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, analytics, content and design teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io or Optimove.
• Proficiency in business‑intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau for analytics and reporting.
