About the role

The Financial Provision Department Manager will lead the department responsible for managing financial resources, budgeting, and compliance with national regulations. This position ensures accurate financial documentation, oversees scholarship payments, and supports strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control financial documents, including tuition fees, scholarships, expense reimbursements and advances.
• Analyze and report on the organization’s financial‑economic activities, budgeting and cost standards.
• Ensure compliance with Kazakh legislation such as the Constitution, Civil Code, Labor Code, and specific financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with national and international reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and globally, to support financial operations.

Required profile

• Higher or postgraduate education in accounting, economics or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance‑accounting or finance‑economics roles (1 year if education was completed abroad).
• Knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages (mandatory) and a foreign language is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety, sanitation and fire‑protection regulations.

• Consulting and presentation skills.
• Proficient use of office equipment and modern IT tools for document management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
