Relationship Manager – Wealth Management (Central Asia)

About the role

As a Relationship Manager at Aura by Hex Trust, you will build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth (HNW) and family‑office clients across Central Asia, leveraging Hex Trust’s regulated digital‑asset infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow long‑term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private‑wealth channels, driving AUM, trading volume and product adoption.
• Develop partnerships with distribution partners and intermediaries to expand assets under management.
• Lead prospect and client meetings, articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and gathering feedback.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across trading, structured products and lending solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to attract and activate the client base.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal and operations teams.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management or institutional/crypto financial services.
• Proven track record of growing AUM and managing sophisticated private‑client or family‑office accounts.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and digital assets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior‑stakeholder credibility.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic are a plus.
