Sales Strategy and Planning Analyst

About the role

The Sales Strategy and Planning CCA role is based onsite at HPE's Astana office. You will work on complex data analyses, develop business plans, and provide strategic recommendations to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.
• Construct statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
• Define metrics, compare actual vs. forecasted data, and address performance gaps.
• Lead time‑sensitive market research projects and synthesize trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout business planning activities.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related fields.
• First‑level university degree.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation, and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management and relationship‑building abilities.
